Recently my daughter was invited to a birthday party for someone who "has it all", I wanted to make something special, yet inexpensive for her to give her friend.  At most craft stores you can find children's aprons and canvas bags, wich can be easily personalized for a great gift!   With a trip to Michaels Craft Stores we bought our supplies - three containers of fabric paint in green, pink and white (keeping the colors to only three makes a better finished project) and a small canvas bag and child size apron.  I also bought some crayons and water color paints by Crayola (they have the best washable brand in my opinion) to put in the bag.

All I did was write the girls name on the bag and apron with a few small flowers for decoration and it was a huge hit and made both the mom and little girl happy to get a personal present, all for about $22, not bad!
